Leone IV

Luxury apartment in the heart of Rome, just a 2‑minute walk from Piazza di Spagna.

Located on the 4th floor of the same building as the Leone V apartment, Leone 4 features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two of which are en suite) and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The apartment is furnished with period furniture and paintings from my family of Apulian and Sardinian origins.

From the entrance, a corridor leads to the right toward the spacious living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area, illuminated by large windows overlooking Palazzo Torlonia and Via Bocca di Leone.
To the left, you find the second large bedroom in Pompeii style, characterized by red-painted walls.

Continuing down the corridor, there is a bathroom finished in fine cream marble with a shower.
Next is the spacious kitchen, featuring a large glass wall and fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer.

Behind the kitchen is a large bathroom in white mosaic divided into two areas: WC and sink on one side, and a wide shower with additional sinks on the other. Further along the corridor is the smallest bedroom, equipped with a single bed.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with an en‑suite bathroom. Bright and quiet, it features a large built‑in white wardrobe and a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The en‑suite bathroom in cream marble includes a sink, bidet, WC, and bathtub with shower.

The third triple bedroom, accessible from the entrance, overlooks Via Bocca di Leone. It enjoys a beautiful view over the rooftops and has its own en‑suite bathroom.

The apartment offers every comfort, including a Smart TV, hairdryers in every bathroom, air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi connection, soaps, and various detergents.
The building is equipped with an elevator and an internal courtyard.
