Welcome to our elegant apartment, nestled in a prestigious early 20th-century Liberty-style building. With a doorman and an elevator providing access to the first floor, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

During the renovation, we carefully preserved the charming details that define this space, including the grand wooden doors and the vintage flooring from the 1920s. The thoughtfully selected furnishings blend modern materials with classic vintage pieces, creating a harmonious ambiance that enhances the spacious layout.

Spanning approximately 200 square meters, the apartment features a generous living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a large dining table perfect for hosting your entire group. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, classic oven, and microwave for all your culinary needs.

A well-lit hallway, adorned with LED spotlights, leads to the five inviting bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one has two single beds, and the fifth is a triple room featuring both a double and a single bed.

The apartment also boasts three bathrooms: two with showers and one en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub accessible from the master bedroom.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for your comfort.
An extra single folding bed can be arranged, allowing accommodations for up to 12 guests.

Upon your arrival, we will request a deposit of 300 euros, which will be returned to you at the end of the stay except in the case of damages to the apartment.
